Brief Description:
This survey was designed to investigate the implementation of the rehabilitation policy from the perspectives of clinicians (20 items) and process leaders (18 items).
They are structured as two questionnaires and they contain three main themes:
(1) opinions of the rehabilitation guarantee (RG) policy; (2) implementation of the RG; and (3) changes related to the implementation process. It looks at the use of strategies and possible barriers and facilitators, which influence the implementation process.
